I am happy to buy two components but how can we register both component in my C# code at same time. Is it two different public and private key?

Aspose.PDF and Aspose.OCR are separate products, so separate licenses are required for each product unless you have an Aspose.Total license , which covers both products. You can use Aspose.PDF and Aspose.OCR in the same C# project without any issue, initializing the license for each product independently.
